Transform raw data into explosive user growth by obsessing over every metric that matters.

You'll be our growth engine's mechanic—dissecting funnels, optimizing channels, and scaling what works. While others debate strategy, you'll be running multiple experiments simultaneously and killing the losers.

Your north star: reducing CAC while 10x-ing our user base for TeleMafia and Pocket Souls.

You'll grow our games and consumer products through relentless testing, mini-app partnerships, and channel mastery that makes every dollar count.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan, operate and run multiple concurrent paid campaigns across Telegram Ads, TON ecosystem, and mini-app networks
• Build automated dashboards tracking CAC, K-factor, D1/D7/D30 retention in real-time
• Execute mini-app cross-promotion deals—close 2+ partnerships weekly, not monthly
• A/B test everything: creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, onboarding flows
• Build TikTok creative pipeline and scale them to 100s of videos per month
• Deliver metrics updates and optimization reports with clear next actions
• Manage monthly ad spend like it's your own money—every cent tracked

MUST HAVE

• 3-8 years crushing performance marketing KPIs (show us your wins with numbers)
• Passionate about gaming
• SQL + analytics tools mastery (Metabase, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude — we use Metabase)
• Track record of scaling apps
• Portfolio showing 3x+ ROAS campaigns you've personally managed

NICE TO HAVES

• TON/Telegram mini-app ecosystem knowledge
• Background in gaming
• Passionate about web3
• Proven Telegram/messaging app UA experience with sub-$0.50 CPA results
• Experience with Web3 gaming or play-to-earn mechanics
• Python/R for advanced attribution modeling
• Excited to experiment with AI-native workflows (e.g. Veo 3, Midjourney) to 10x output
• Southeast Asian market expertise
