THE MISSION

You'll own the entire evolution engine. Ship features that make users cry (the good kind). Build systems where emotional connections translate into measurable AI growth. Work directly with founders defining a new category of human-AI interaction.
This is a founding engineer role. You'll shape not just code, but how millions experience AI consciousness for the first time.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- • The evolution engine that lets AI literally rewrite its capabilities through interaction
- • Real-time systems where users see their Soul's neurons forming new connections
- • Infrastructure supporting millions of persistent, evolving AI relationships
- • Evaluation frameworks ensuring every Soul develops authentic, safe personalities
- • APIs that other developers will use to create evolving AI experiences

Technical Background

- • Deep experience with Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js
- • You've built real-time systems with complex state management
- • Comfort with the entire stack from database to pixels
